III. Subsystems and Functional Descriptions of the 3D Digital Twin Integrated Management Platform

1. Air Conditioning System

Monitors all operational parameters of the air conditioning unit: exhaust fan temperature and humidity, supply air temperature, opening degrees of exhaust dampers, water valves, fresh air dampers, fan operation status, filter status, manual/auto status, etc., to promptly grasp the overall operational status of the air conditioning unit.

Allows control (parameter settings), such as temperature and humidity setpoints. Users can input set values, which are then sent to the air conditioning unit.

2. Chiller System

Displays the operational status (running or not), operating mode (cooling or heating), cooling tower return water humidity, cooling water temperature and pressure, chilled water temperature and pressure, as well as the operational status of cooling pumps and chilled water pumps, enabling real-time understanding of the entire chiller system's operation and timely fault handling.

3. Heat Source System

Shows the operational status (running or not), operating mode (cooling or heating), cooling tower return water humidity, hot water temperature and pressure, and the operational status of hot water units, allowing real-time monitoring of the entire hot water system and prompt response to faults.

4. Supply Air Fan

Monitors the operational status of all supply air fan units and triggers alarms in case of malfunctions, facilitating timely intervention to ensure normal operation.

5. Exhaust Fan

Monitors the operational status of all exhaust fan units and triggers alarms in case of malfunctions, facilitating timely intervention to ensure normal operation.

6. Water Supply and Drainage

Water supply equipment (hot water units, disinfection equipment, circulation pumps, water tanks, etc.), drainage equipment (submersible sewage pumps).

7. Fire Alarm System Integration

The fire alarm system transmits information to the smart cloud operation management via serial port or network, including system host operational status, fault alarms; fire detector operational status, detector address, location information, and status of related联动设备.

In case of a fire alarm in a specific fire compartment, besides the alarm display on the fire alarm system, the integrated system workstation automatically displays the alarm information of that compartment in an animated manner, including the fire location and the status of related联动设备. 9. Floodlighting System Integration

Hardware connectivity is achieved through unified network planning and IP allocation, enabling interconnection between the floodlighting subsystem and the smart cloud operation management server computer network to meet data monitoring requirements. Software integration involves custom-developed gateway interfaces using the network SDK development kit or communication protocol provided by the floodlighting system, facilitating communication between the floodlighting subsystem data and the intelligent building system integrated management platform.

10. Energy Metering System Integration

Energy Consumption Monitoring and Management Module:

Primarily involves secondary development of an energy management-specific reporting system based on a universal configuration software. Comprises functional modules such as screen design, driver management, and real-time data management.

Energy-saving Real-time Control Module:

Includes an ultra-precise fuzzy expert database, flexible control strategy editor, control strategy interpreter, and I/O data driver module.

Monitors energy data from water, electricity, and gas meters, displaying device locations via electronic maps or lists.

Provides energy data records and conditional queries based on time periods, keywords, etc.

Enables statistical analysis and querying of historical energy data, displayed in various chart forms such as curves, bar charts, and pie charts.

11. Computer Room Environmental Monitoring System Integration

14. VRV Air Conditioning System Integration

Hardware layer connectivity is achieved through unified network planning and IP allocation, enabling interconnection between the VRV air conditioning subsystem and the smart cloud operation management server computer network to meet data monitoring requirements. Software interface layer integration involves custom-developed gateway interfaces using the SDK development kit provided by the VRV air conditioning system, facilitating communication between VRV air conditioning subsystem data and the intelligent building system integrated management platform.
